TOM MORRIS LIVES ON
Our Junior golfers celebrate the memory of Young Tom Morris by dressing up in traditional golf attire!
On the last Saturday before Christmas we celebrate the yougest ever winner of The Open Championship. Known as Young Tom Morris (as his father had the same name) he was one of the pioneers of the modern game. He sadly died however at the tender age of just 24 on Christmas Day hence the significance of our celebration at this time of year.
A great time is had by all with everyone dressing up. A party lunch is followed and we have decided to turn this into an annual event playing for the TOM Morris Trophy
